Custom Orders

Pottery is a very complex art and at any point in the process things can go terribly wrong.  Due to this fact at this time I do not accept custom orders.

Product Care

Hand washing is always best. I generally use food safe glazes on all my pieces. If for some reason a non-food safe glaze is used it will be stated in the items description. If your area experiences freezing temperatures in the winter, all outdoor pieces must be brought inside.  DoubleTroublePottery is not responsible for breakage resulting from decorative pieces left outdoors during the cold season. 

Return Policy

Due to the fragile nature of pottery all sales are final.  Your piece will be well packed for shipping.  If your piece arrives broken please take a picture of the box and condition of the piece on arrival.  I will file a claim with the post office.  Once that is complete we can discuss a solution of refund or replacement.
